My name is Joe Salter. I am a school teacher at a private Christian school. I am married to the world's best wife and mommy, Jenna. She is the secretary at the school where I teach. Our four year old princess is Temperance. Our one year old wild child is Phoenix. We are from Savannah, GA, and live in Pembroke, GA.
Why we chose to blog?
- We wanted a platform to record our stories for years to come.
- We like to explore our world, travel, and share in those small adventures.
- We often do two types of trips: Budget or Group (missions, middle school, high school, 40+ people!) We looks for tips all the time in planning trips. There are surprising few helpful tips for large group travel.
Why CanyonBeach?
This was not overly difficult to decide. Though I haven't yet been to many canyons, I like the beauty of canyons and the aspect of adventure and discovery that they possess. Jenna likes the beach...loves the beach (too much salty sand for me). We do everything together as a family, so why should a blog be any different?
Both Jenna and I will be posting: old, new, projects, tips, fails, fun, travels, and adventures! Follow along.
